Lets see, im from dalton so there is nothing but ricers. One of the guys around here told me he bought his "JDM d15" motor for $1500 using his left over change he had been saving. He told me that it was from Japan because it had the no-touchie symbol on the heat shield. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to have the block "cryo-froze" so he could run 40psi when he turbo'd it. Umm, one guy told he took his 89 accord to this shop and for $200 they made it have 210hp. I asked him what they did to it and he said he wasn't sure, something with the muffler and intake. He proceeded to ask me how to lower his 96 Cherokee so he could drag race it. Another guy told me he made his own short throw but cutting a 3 inch section out of his stock shifter and welding it back together. One guy told me that him and his buddy had a 2.0 rsx motor that could make 2000hp. I asked him what was down to it and he responded "Titanium sleeves, titaniuim pistons, titanium block, basically everything is titanium. Its twin-turbo and runs on race fuel."
A guy at a stereo shop told me his 91 corsica ran on jet fuel and put down 8sec quarters. The same guy who cut his shifter put 103 octane in his civic that had a SRI and a muffler. He also said the vtec on his civic would only kick in when he pushed the horn because he wired it like that.

Theres too many to post really. OH, my favorite. These kids that work at the Mcdonalds will take their riced out civics (GTR badged) and put food trays under the rear wheels and pull the e-brake, then proceed to "drift" in the parking lot.
