I was cruising around in my old 99 Cougar, 4 cyl, when I pass some riced old civic on the highway. i exit, he follows me. we come up to a light. he rolls down his windows and goes "you got a turbo?"

i'm like "no, just intake and exhaust"

"oh, it sounded like you had either a turbo or NOS on there. You wanna race? I just got a turbo put on, I should be running like a 13 sec 1/4 mile now"

so we raced, and I blew his doors off. now either my cougar's 1/4 mile dropped from 16 seconds, to 13 seconds without any mods, or he blew the welds on his intake
