I can understand that. There are always circumstances.

But shooting someone outside your house, with an egg in their hand, is not going to be a very easy "Legit shoot" arguement.

And when you say "plus you would feel my crazy, gun-toting wrath" if we are to use the same logic as Nemesis, one can only assume that you would shoot them. If not then gun-toting wouldn't need to be interjected.

If you didn't plan to shoot them then you broke the cardinal rule of gun toting:
"Don't pull it unless you are going to use it"
