And when you say "plus you would feel my crazy, gun-toting wrath" if we are to use the same logic as Nemesis, one can only assume that you would shoot them. If not then gun-toting wouldn't need to be interjected.

If you didn't plan to shoot them then you broke the cardinal rule of gun toting:
"Don't pull it unless you are going to use it"

I am allowed to open carry in this state if I so wish. You'd be surprised how quickly people change their tune and you don't even need to "pull it" so to speak. Just put it on your hip in a holster and walk outside... If someone is in my yard and/or egging my car from the street, you can see the benefit and you don't even need to make it a confrontation.
