Some of you should just get a little group together, place a nice prime target of a car out at one of those places and then sit off to the side and wait. Catch the people doing it and you eleminate the problem. You could even film their little operation via cam corder and turn it in to the local PD. But if it was my car I'd hunt the people that stole it. Just my 2 cents
