Maximum size allowed is 100x100. Size I think is limited to 46K or something. I don't remember. Just make one yourself.

The easiest way I guess is in MS paint
Yeah, make sure you save it as a PNG file though. If you save it as a JPG, the quality will go to sh*t. You can PM me a pic and I'll make you an avatar if you want. (^_^)d
