and regarding everyone elses comments save for the jackass civic guy...he denied hitting my car to the cops...at first he said he wasnt sure (screams i did it) then he said no...cops listed him as a possible suspect but that was it...i have his ins info, etc...but since the cops wont do anything more about it it is hard to get them to pay...however...i have pics of the damage on his truck that is consistent with the damage on my car...so maybe we'll get it paid for sometime this century but i doubt it...and i agree with you brett...one more worthless piece of shit gone...
