Uh...if you saw the black person that hit your car, why didn't you do something other than take pics of the damage? It's obvious that you saw this happen because if you didn't you would have no way of knowing the driver's ethnicity. Surely this thread wasn't created in the quagmire of pure ignorance?!?!?
