Eight years ago I got popped for 124 in a 65 by GSP, we bullshitted about the climbing gear he saw in the back of my car for 15 minutes then wrote me up for 90 in a 65...couple days later gave him a call and he dropped it down to 88 so I could keep my license.

depends on the officer, 30+ is grounds for an arrest but that's alot of BS paperwork & time for them and they'd rather be out finding drugs and real criminals...
