Yeah dude... anything over 19 mph is a 4 point ticket... and as long as you are under 21 ... a single 4 point ticket is an automatic suspension... Lol trust me i should know... just got done taking defensive driving for the third time! >.< first and third weren't really my fault lol! But yeah Lawyer is going to be the way to go... because they could get you on wreckless driving too O.O

usually you won't get charged with anything more than what's on the ticket..i've seen some people mention wreckless driving and such....here's my advice, since i got busted for 109 in a 65 four years ago on 985 (was late to work as well very early morning)...i got a lawyer for 500 bucks, and paid a fine of 250..they dropped all points on the license and let me go...my lawyer made me do 45 hours of community service and defensive driving before the court case...when we got there we presented that to the judge and he dropped points and said "slow your ass down son"...that was all...
