i agree with all who said leave now, if u do u can leave while your child is still young enough to forget all the fights, struggles and any of the other negative things that come up when getting divorced. No your kid will never escape it because they will get older and then have to stay with mom for the weekend and live with dad but atleat they wont have to remember the fights. you should easily be able to get custody given you dont have shady past
