sorry about your ride.. but next time, you should maybe brake, even if you dont feel like it. it sucks that that guy went to jail, has to pay higher insurance, has to pay to fix his fudup van (probably paying liability only). just because you didnt feel like braking. But then again, i need a new front bumper, so if was in the same situation, i might have done the exact same thing...
