My parents used to move around a lot for their work. They spent time in India, the UK, Australia, and finally...good old America. In India, my mom had an HM Ambassador, which is basically the same thing as a Morris Oxford. My dad rode the bus. In Australia, they had a brown Toyota Corona...don't know the year. Probably a seventies model. It looked very cool. In the UK, they had a dark blue Opel Kadett. Again, don't know the year, but it was probably an early eighties model. That got hit by a Mercedes.

Dad's first car in the US...a Yellow Dodge Colt...late seventies model. My mom and dad shared a Volkswagen Rabbit later on. At some point, my mom had a baby blue Volkswagen Beetle, and later, a Volkswagen Dasher. Dad's first new car, a silver 1987 BMW 325. I loved that car...he sold it before I got my license though. It ran forever. My mom used to have a white 1988 Honda Accord Coupe at that time. This was when we lived in Jersey.

Later, we had a dark blue 1995 Mercedes 300E (Correct Model?) Wagon. I don't know...it was some turbo-diesel wagon. I don't know the model designation though. That was a nice ride; my mom loved it. We brought it down to Georgia with the BMW. It got totaled though, only a few months after we moved here. Some guy in a Nissan Pulsar made a wrong turn, and we t-boned the hell out of him. Pulsar was destroyed...if there was a passenger, they would've died. It was a Mercedes though...so the insurance company deemed it too expensive to fix. We got a black Honda CR-V to replace it. That spilled its transmission fluid after like a year or two...I don't know why. Probably because it was a brand new first-gen model. We sold that and got a maroon Nissan Pathfinder SE Limited. A short while afterwards...my dad decided that he really liked the Acura CL. He went and bought a white 3.0...last one on the lot before the next gen came in. We then sold the BMW and got the Volkswagen Golf TDi. Last April...my mom felt that she wanted something bigger and more comfortable than the Pathfinder, since we take tons of road-trips. We then traded both the Acura and the Nissan for a black Honda Odyssey EX-L. I don't know why my dad traded the Acura...and even he regrets it. So yea, now we're down to the Volkswagen and the Odyssey.

As far as dream cars go...my mom wants a Volvo V70, my dad wants a Porsche Boxter or 911, my sister wants a Cadillac CTS-V...and I want a Pontiac GTO.
