this is something that u should make sure that u wana go for yourself. in other words hiro, when you go, be prepared to get your own place right off the bat and go ahead and start your own life. ran could still be ya bf, but if you want to go FOR YOURSELF, then go, being there w/ ran could just be your 'bonus'
