    ok so iwas lookin at some reviews on some different types of BOV's
    and this is what i found on one of them (look at the last one)

    All i want on my 98 eclipse is the noise that the blow off valve makes. Am i able to use this without havin turbo?

    there's an electronic blowoffvalve simulator, when you shift it goes WOOOOSH! WHIP! it's pretty cool!

    I've considered it too. Just because I dont like to run people on the streets. Thats about the best time to have it. When they rev and you dont hear the noise, and you do it, and you have the noise.

    Of course, you can usually tell whats fast and whats not by the sound of the motor and exhaust haha. I was making fun of some pretty weak sounding SOHC civics before and after the supercross. Full body kits (yes i know, i have one too) but atleast I have some sort of motor haha. Not super fast but quick enough for me ...for now

    i know a kid who actually tried to buy a bov once.... for his non turbo 300...

    he didn't know u had to have a turbo... we all had a huge laugh...
