I use ebay as a "general" guideline b/c most people will always look at ebay and refute the price you have listed.
people as I, use it as a buyer/seller demand, this is what it sells for, so its more of general template.
some things you can get dirt cheap, others, due to rarity or whatever causes, might be SKY ROCKETED
