yeah your dl's are gone by by and no your will not be able to get a work permit.. if you do i will be really amazed.. trust me.. it's been almost 1 year and 6 months since i drove legally... i get mine back on april the 13th tho.. lol

it helps but yeah jsut trying not to lose your dl's is gonna be a bitch.. just letting you know up front and waht to expect and get ready for.. not tyring to sugar coat it.. but you could also try to get them to appoint you a lwayer to help with it if you can get it done where you don't have to pay for one like i always do lol

Its wreckless driving because of how far over the speed limit you were. I think its 25 over where police officers are allowed to charge you with wreckless if they see fit. Exhaust is just one that they will rape you with if they see fit.

If you plea NOLO to the wreckless driving charge and the judge accepts you will keep your liscense. You will still get the same fine as if you plea guilty though.

Not sure about the racing charge, if it also suspends your liscense then you just need to hire a lawyer if you want to keep your liscense. You will not get off for all of it though, you'll still get fines, probation, and community service (which you can also pay off if you're time is worth more).

me and killer (both, lol) got tickets for "wreckless driving" one day... I had to pay $270 ish and went to defensive driving school to get my record clear. Without driving school it would've been 4 points on the record.

he got off at his exit and hit the brakes and there were already some cops at the exit so when the cop chasing him had radio'd it they got him once he'd come off the exit at normal speed
