What is it with Vdubs today?

Especially silver ones LOL

So my encounter the first go around, involves a lowered, kitted (lip maybe), and fairly nice looking silver GTI. Not sure what year. Comes behind me, and instantly revs after laughing behind me. Okay, thats fine. Fast forward five minutes we come to a light on a fairly empty road. Sure Ill take it up to the speed limit and stop LOL I roll down the windows and ask him if he's on IA. Not sure if he spoke english but his douchebag friend says no, and asks me how much HP I have.

A simple, "only 150, I only have an exhaust". Light turns green, he gets a jump, he spools, then I hit full boost, but by second gear I already pulled at least three cars

Man I didnt even have to break the speed limit.

shame on me though for violating my personal rules for not caving into these sort of activities.

Next one is right after I meet up with Jaime. A silver GTI again with a loud diverter valve and an ImportAtlanta.com sticker on the back window. Im just cruising along with a camry in front of me, and then all of a sudden he guns it like he has to show me he's turbo charged.

Scary.

Oh yeah Jorge, some guy on the VW forums is trying to trade a Silver Volkswagen GTI 337(special edition only 1500 made) for an automatic gti and says he really likes mine. Will I be doomed to drive a VW forever? I hoe not but no one will buy mine...

My tire pressure was low and I missed second and my Vtak controller kicked in a 13k instead of 9k

lol what fags; reminds me of the scion Xb owner that tried racing me on l'ville/suwannee

seriously though alot of kraut boys think they have fast cars and they are piss poor slo! but there are quite a few dubs more then capable waxing a wrx. just not ones you see on the road daily

Blue book is $12,500. I have a little over $5K saved up. The main problem is just selling my car, I was getting tons of calls this past summer, but they jsut dropped off around november and I haven't gotten one since. And autotrader fucks up my ad all the time, which is not helping.

Yeah but a 2.5rs and a WRX are two completely different cars. Like 80hp different and his car has 120K on it.
