    whats up, i also drive a 00 black SI (maybe that z71 character will add a little to that). but all i really want to say other then welcome, is please respect the SI for what it is. it is a very good looking car and doesnt need modifications to be nice..... im sure i will get hated on from people on here, but please remember you own an SI now.

    p.s. i am in no way trying to start anything on this site with anyone, i use to be in the show seen, so i can repect it. but if you are into making your car faster instead of adding exotic body parts you might want to also check out www.importlounge.com, both are good sites.

    $25 for the new Tumbler assembly, comes w/ new key for the lock, if that's what you need, and/or $50 for the locking mechanism... w/out acuator... <- if you need that...

    your vtec doesnt work cause its a 1.6l, they are slow :P

    I have a 1.6l and it's not slow. May not be real fast, but def. not slow. I don't think I'd have much trouble with the auto prelude though.
