99SI, you listening to Trick Daddy again. Actin like you a Thug

I think its funny how every club says they are contributing to the scene and all that, when in reality you go to local shows or cruise ins and hang out and thats it and you call it supporting the scene. Back in the day, and yes I can say this since I have been doing this since 89, we were putting on shows to benefit charities, ourselves, and helping out at the shows we were not putting on. We had cars and trucks that showed on all levels, local, state, region, and nationwide. Anything from clean daily drivers to full blown show queens. The only club I can say that really has a awesome image right now is Team ECI. They are all over the place showing and in magazines all the time. When was the last time you saw any club passing out flyers, heading to car shows to promote another show, etc, etc. It takes more than just paying an entry fee and showing your car or a bunch of people (friends) with a title to support the scene.
