When my gf had a wreck last year she got an impala to drive. She wasn't happy, but it was a decent rental. Much better than some I have seen. Do you know who the company is your rental is through?

That's who hers was through. I think that they tend to give you something similar in size to what was wrecked. She has a Lexus RX 300 and she told them they had better not stick her in a damn compact. She's 6'3" so she wouldn't have done to well in a compact.

If it's one thing I have learned from dealing with insurance it's to call relentlessly until you get on their nerves so bad they just give in and give you what you want. I hate dealing with insurance companies. I sell cars and we do in-house financing and sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get shit done. You would think paying off a lienholder wouldn't be that difficult but I've had to sue 2 companies this year already.

yea i just got called back after leaving 4 messages and calling 6/7 times but once i talked to her she was moring than willing to help which is unusual for an adjuster but hopefully they can start fixing my car soon but i know that they will have it for at least a month b/c of the extent of the damnage

blahblahblah lol, motor is built, there were several "SMALL" issues that needed to be taken care of.

Most of them were little parts an pieces we had to gather to make certain things work *coughcough CTR LSD* coughcough
