yea i went to court and plead not guilty they gave me a lawyer i explained the situation gave her all the paper work she looked over the police report and said she's never even heard of this charge! she said it's bullshit and should be dropped! but i'm not gonna find out for another month! but thanks everyone for the help. i got his address and carfax report thanks to ya'll!
