    yea i went to court and plead not guilty they gave me a lawyer i explained the situation gave her all the paper work she looked over the police report and said she's never even heard of this charge! she said it's bullshit and should be dropped! but i'm not gonna find out for another month! but thanks everyone for the help. i got his address and carfax report thanks to ya'll!

    oh yeah funny thing was before she read where it happened she said "let me guess this happen in buford." i was like yea how did you know? she said they get bored round here and always try to just start bullshit charges and fuck with people. and when they do that they normally always get dropped
