Well, I don't know how easy that is to get away with.

I was reading that the biggest problem is that it is Constitutionally impossible to truly be able to prosecute someone IF the state can't PROVE you were the driver. Presumption is not constitutionally accepted. So this is why in Cali they take a pic of the actual driver too. It seems like it would make sense to me.
