Ebay banning sale of RPG property.
I have met a few people that play World of Warcraft. I, myself, do not understand the game fully, but, I don't knock it. Apparently people buy and sell characters, accounts, Fake money, land, etc. on ebay. This has caused quite a stir. Wicked.

You can still sell gold/account thru other means
there are websites specifically made for that and they allow people to sell their account there as well thru paypal (to others not the website)

I used to do that alllll the time in HS. Last time I played I was a game master (aka leader of the dorks), but I haven't played since halloween, so I don't know if I still am or not.. but yeah... it's possible to make mad cash in the real world for fake shit. I'd be banned from the game if they knew that I used to sell stuff/buy stuff to improve my toon, but what they don't know won't hurt them.
And I'm talking EverQuest and EverQuest II by the way... I never got into WoW, which is a good thing, because I would probably have even less of a life than I do now.
