    Default Just ordered my Beltronics RX75 RPO!

    Well i finally did it. I ordered my Radar detector/laser jammer. I got a ticket last month, only a 42 in a 25 coming from HWY 29 into down town lawrenceville, and the ticket was only $140, but I have put the detector off WAY too long. I always said, if i get 1 more ticket i will get one, and it never happened. SO last night i just sucked it up and bought the damn thing.

    Anyone have a RX75 Pro? Hopefully it will be exactly like all the reviews say.

    I need to get one myself, I can easily notice cops in daylight, but its hard at night when they are off the side of the roads with their lights off. I don't speed, but I would consider it a good investment.

    Most cops will pull you over if you do 15mph or more over the speed limit. I try to keep that in mind and I haven't had a ticket in quite a while.

    Still, a detector/jammer does sound like a good idea. I may eventually get one.

    Very nice.

    Just be careful with the positioning of the radar and laser antennas. It's very critical on remote mount units.

    Never had to go that slow. I do 58-59 on Hwy 92 (45mph Speed Limit) and go past cops all the time. I guess it varies from place to place.

    ^ doesnt mean they have their radar on though. Get an 8500 x50. Best you can get.

    pay 500 bones for a radar detector when you can get the top of the line beltronics for about half, valentines are nice but WAY overpriced. They give you about an extra half a second over the beltronics, that's it. We did a test and had one of each in the upper corners of my windows. By the way, radio shack carries beltronics, why order, better price?
