I mean shit, after school thats what you did, fuck ridin a bike. all the mexicans on one side of the park, blacks on the other, and we would GET DOWN.. you talk about rumbles? hahaha... fools gettin beat w/ bricks, bats, knucks, Im good w/ whatever.. but then its part of the reason my fam packed up and came east, them King riots were no joke, random drive bys, I mean that kinda violence sees no color... Im glad to say I grew up, I still got connects out there and its hard sometimes goin back cuz thats all them fools know is throwin down, fuk talkin it out... On the streets tho its cool, I mean yea blacks dont hardly run anything out west, its a fact.. but for them ost part its all good, blacks were in the same taggin crew as me, they was wearin the same chucks, the same music, shit... this kinda racially motivated violence comes from gangs in the joint, primarily the Mexican Mafia as mentioned earlier. them fools RUN shit out in cali, that is POWER
I know some people look at this as ignorant but it makes livin that kinda life a whooole lot easier when you conencted w/ them... I dont care where you are from if you been in LA, if you know anything about gangs or organized crime in general, you know about La Eme and what they are all about.. they are called La Primera for a reason. I got homeys still in that shit, homeys that have died for what they believe in.. Cali is a diverse spot and color is the easiest thing to identify with, but again this is nothin new.. late 80's/early 90's it started poppin, and its been on ever since. That article would be interesting if this was 1992
