Ok, say that you are hmmm, lets say a girl who is in their early 20's ( 22) and works at a "upscale" carwash, why do you have to be so bitchy to people over the phone when you know the person calling needs to speak with someone about something important, but yet you have to be a bitch to them... I just dont get it! Does it make you feel important that you show such disregard and disrespect to a teenager? Does that make you feel like "somebody"?
