You got to live in the West Coast to truely know what the difference. The thing I love about LA ahhahah they dont give that much speed tickets because of all the violence. But then they created the CHP...which sucks ass. My friend told me all LAPD officers dont give a rat shit about speed ticket. They rather bust gang violence and what not.
