Jay Leno doesn't own any Italian cars.

I only know of a couple of Zondas in the USA, both in the NYC area. One of them belongs to Wyclef or Busta. But there are probably more here now. It's hard to get them approved since they're not emissions/crash legal.

Wyclef owned one but it was sold a while back to a man in Arizona, has Arizona legal plates... no one knows how.

at one point there may have been up to 9 in the US, but I know 2 were sold overseas.

There is one with NJ plates

Benny Caiola just recieved a Zonda F.

and other sightings... but no official confirmation from the factory.

Also, guy I talked to from the factory said the cars are shipped over as show/disply and didn't know of the two cars having legal plates.
