I agree you should need a special license. Oh and I think I mentioned this before. KILL THE OWNERS. Im not joking. What is the difference between getting drunk and hitting a car head on and killing a child in the car. Or raising an animal to kill anything that gets to close to it. I would like to watch the owners of these dogs take thier last breath.
