think about what you and she do and how it affects your kid. alter your life to give your kid a better, more loving one.

one more thing...don't put your kid in the middle and talk about these things in front of him and be discreet when he asks about it.

It will be hard for you to completely forget about her seeing as you have a kid with her. But whatever you do try your hardest to move on. Yeah i know it's hard man but your going to have to pick your head up and move the fuck on. Right now your thinking with your heart and not your brain but in order for you to live a good life your going to have open your eyes and see sometimes life isn't fair and we can't get what we want sometimes but whatever you do try and stay in good relation for the sake of the kid.....

a dude i've know for 10+YEARS is dealing with a situation like that. his slutty ass soon to be x-wife was pregnant by another dude BEFORE they legally separated, he didnt know that she was til AFTER SHE DELIVERED, AND A FEW MONTHS WENT BY THEN!

he was paying her nearly 800monthly for support for the 2 kids they do have together
and when he told me she delivered again, we both ran the timeline and:
pregnancy PRIOR to separation= proven adultery
proven adultery=uncontested divorce on HIS terms + custody of his children!

Just remember, you HAVE to go on with your life and move on from this girl. For the sake of your sanity and the life of your child.

I've been in similar situations myself and looked at it like this:

You have 2 choices:

1) Keep badgering her, and ultimately ruin whatever chances there were for redemption. And in the process driving yourself insane and messing up your child.

2) Move on with your life. The pain will subside sooner than you may think. You will be less stressed. You will start doing things that you enjoy again. You'll be much happier, and your child will know it. Soon you'll remember the great thing of being single, cause as man you can conquer any woman. The women will start lining up again (damn, I'm starting to miss being single:lmfao: ).
And the most important thing, you will be a better father.

Also, this is the only way you and her could work things out. Once she has had whatever time she needs and sees that you have moved on, she will want you back. Its only a matter of time. But when that time comes, you will have a clearer head and can make a better decision. And hopefully you'll know what to do with her.

Cheating does not automatically award custody to the "non-cheater" but it's a damn good place to start - and you'd probably get better than every other weekend visitation. Basically you would want to prove that her actions are the ones that ended the stable homelife for you and your son, causing you great grief. And about her being pregnant with a dude's baby that she ain't even with anymore - I don't know how long you guys have been seperated, but that seems a little quick to move from being together 8 years married 6 to already being pregnant.
