Anyone else think that is f-ed up? I mean why still have it on cars less than $10K? If you have a $30K+ car you can afford an extra $300 a yr. Lets continue to tax the broke people with old cars.

Either don't have it on any car at all, or have it on $30K+ cars (the people that won't miss it).
