okay i can't take this out, anyone know anything out there that might sell really thin wrenches? b/c i can't get the wastegate out, and if i can't get that out i can't ge tmy manifold out b/c the wastegate is hitting the enginebay before the manifold completely comes off the motor.

That looks tight. Grind a wrench down and try and wiggle it out. If that doesnt work then unbolt the bottom nuts on the engine mounts and jack up the drivers side of the engine. That should give you the clearance you need.
