I just swapped engines, the old one is up for grabs. Runs fine, i just took it out this past saturday.

It smokes, everyone i talk to and myself believe that it has bad valve seals, smokes most when taking off from a red light or other long stop, or when downshifting. Doesnt smoke nearly as much or not at all under load/full throttle.
Compression test came out even at roughly 158+-1 across the board (*i think* i have the true numbers at home if interested, but i am positive they were all very close together and above 150). Valve cover gasket also started leaking, so that should be replaced too. Oil was clear/ no metal shavings or coolant. Engine should be a perfect candidate for a rebuild, or a cheap way to get a car running again.

Complete, except for a throttle body and iacv. When i bought this car almost a year ago i was told the engine had about 120k on it, but that doesn't mean much to me since its word of mouth.

the only pics i have of it were during the turbo installation ~2 months ago, NOTHING was torn up by boost, it smoked before... it smoked after... i just found a good deal on a replacement engine and dont want this sitting around.

    $150 picked up.
