On a serious note though, there is no possible way for this to work. No one in their right mind is going to do the low pay grunt jobs for 2500 a month when the govt will give them 2500 a month to sit at home and do nothing. What will it do to prices when businesses have to pay 3500 a month for a job that only demands 1500 a month? The inflation alone will make that 2500 a month even less significant than the current 1500 a month average fast food worker.
Study after study has debunked this whole doomsday inflationary argument. People who quit menial employment free up jobs for people who want to work.
