Before this goes off on some wild straw man argument, kinda like "they should ban bombs....oh wait", bombs and a lot of bomb making materials are already regulated/controlled.

Pressure cookers, ball bearings, and nails are not. We must take action and ban these assault weapons. If one life can be saved, we have to try....
