If you have a concealed carry permit, there is NO background check, they just make sure you fill out the 4473 form. Concealed permit is equal to having a security clearance with DOD, they know who you are and youll be flagged way faster than the local FFL dealer. The concealed permit IS your background check, and you are now on file and they know anything the minute it happens.

True, But, BG checks have been done before even with the permit on me,, Seen it done at Bullseye.. At the GUN show, did not show my permit, ID never even left my hand. I think carelessnes goes on to much. Matter of fact, at American Marksman, they did a BG and I told them I had a permit, they didnt care.. They do BG's on everyone.
