Shit happens. I would have walked out, asked them if they were lost and assisted them in finding their destination. None of my guns would have jumped out of their cases and maliciously murdered anyone, you know why? because they only do what i command them to do and i'm not a criminal. Safety is an illusion, it's a dangerous world we live in and no law short of restricting everyone to stay home inside of a padded room will ever change that. That old man will spend the rest of his days in prison. Hopefully his story will be a cautionary tale to other gun owners and used for gun education and instructing people on how to deal with situations such as that. It's your political party that makes talking about guns such a taboo issue. Your party demonizes gun owners and perpetuates racial tension. Talking about responsible gun ownership should be a perfectly normal thing in america, like trading apple pie recipes..... but because of you and people like you, it's not.
