If you take the gun out of the equation you might have 2 homicides and pet killing. Thankfully for our 2nd amendment the owner is not lying in a box bc of some weirdo.

IMO, if I saw some1 choking my dogs, the second he was clear from my dog the trigger would have been pulled. He waited too long.

Your pet is considered a family member and obviously personal property. If someone broke into my house, I would hope they would have enough sense to run back out. Otherwise, a coroner would have to be called out.

I love my dog more than 90% of my family. I cant even imagine the rage i would experience if i discovered someone attacking my dog.
