I have to say that I am still super surprised that he did so good in popular vote, because there are people (mostly white that i know of) that would have voted for whoever was the opponent running against Obama, even if it was a redneck from Tifton, GA. Somebody likes what he is doing, so them people in office re-elected him, cause no matter who the President is there are always going to be checks and balances, he was handed down a messed up system and he did the best he could to fix it, just like any othe white person would have done, even if Romney would have won, and totally screwed the country, most white people would say that he was still a better president than Obama. And I dont know why they still white people "majority" because in fact when it comes to number of people there are more Latinos, blacks, and other minorities Vs whites in this county, thus most of the people that voted for Obama. To answer someone elses question, I think there was a 2% increase in black voters this year. Not all voted for Obama but it was over half.
