The numbers you posted are also subject to this listed at the bottom of the report:
(2) Annual wages have been calculated by multiplying the hourly mean wage by a "year-round, full-time" hours figure of 2,080 hours; for those occupations where there is not an hourly mean wage published, the annual wage has been directly calculated from the reported survey data.
Teachers on average work a few hundred less hours per year than the average worker. This includes BLS estimated outside of the workplace hours, pta meetings, homework grading, etc.
A lot of jobs do plenty of work at home. Teachers on average only do slightly more work at home than the average person.
