I gave it a 2 since I am federal civil service and my COLA and step raises come in on time everytime.
+2 Not affected at all, Im doing really well in life
+1 not living pay check to paycheck, but not much more
0 Living pay check to pay check
-1 Late on bills, but still making it
-2 Not sure what to do, creditors calling, no money, life is hard
