Not so much the LEO's fault for profiling as the neighbor's who called it in.

I don't know the details of the story, but how can you be arrested for being "loud in a public space" in your own home? The cops have mistakenly busted in guns drawn on my parents and another time on some friends of mine (goddamn Bartow County must be using MapQuest or something ). Both times hell was raised at the deputies but nobody got arrested.
