Edit: the money they spent was to attract potential buyers, also they did a re-development study on how to best use the property as being a military base it had common infrastructure systems like water and electricity that presented challenges as far as zoning etc. for civilian use.

incorrect sir. that is maybe one example of one which is going to be bought, but what about the other 800 or so that have not been, or are not going to be bought. ones that are owned and STAFFED by "FEMA"??? what about ones that are lined with barbed wire and multiple fences and have NEW turnstiles put in???
