Well. You can look at the video and see she had her bitch on the moment she walked into that cell. She had the "Fuck you" arms crossed, ass cocked to the side stance so she had already been assing it up before they put her in there.

We all learned early, don't fuck with cops. It's a hard lesson. Some learn it the easy way, some learn it the hard way. Everyone bitches about the cops but the first person they call when trouble is there, the first person you think of to contact when some unsavory or bad thing is happening.....cops. They deal with al the shit YOU don't want too and they get paid dick for it. That's why I always laugh a bit when people all of a sudden turn on cops for one of them doing something goofy.
If cops are such bad people, don't bother calling 911 when you have an accident, or someone carjacks your ass, or shoots a family member....because all cops are bad right?

Waking up from a dead sleep to a person in your house doesn't leave you time to be all Rambo, get your gun, take perfect aim and put the blast on. People train for years and still don't get that shit right. It's easy to be supergun talking on a forum, a completely different thing entirely to be in the situation.
As I said. People call the cops for shit they don't want to deal with and they don't get paid shit for it. They see more death, destruction, bullshit life endangering things everyday then most of us see in a lifetime. And you expect that they are all stable?
The cops are a business man. You want quality people, you got to PAY them to work for you. Cops salaries are shit. Most people on this forum make more than cops. But yet you just expect them to be there when things go crazy...cause, thats what cops do right?
Everyone bitches when cops are out there doing what they are supposed too. Keeping shit under control. You get a ticket, you bitch, but that ticket you just got, may have saved a life down the road when you were going just a bit too fast and hit the guy in the turn lane. But then if a cop takes 10 minutes to get to your house, you bitch, when that cop could have been saving another life. Being a cop is constant state of "can't do shit right". People always say cops don't do their jobs when they get pulled over...when in reality, they are.
Should that chick have been beaten up, No it's wrong for a person to represents the law to break it. Hell is reserved for people like that. But is she in the wrong as well, fuck yea. So are her parents. When I was her age, the LAST thing I would have done is kick my shoes at a cop. Sounds like her momma should have used more Wooden Spoon on that ass. Granmamma too.

it all depends on what led up to the event. certain language to a cop can land you in jail, and if you attempt to buck up(or fling a shoe) that could be a sign of resistance. a lot of cops out there are honest, like my grandfather, but some let the badge go to their head. i know a few around barrow county here and you don't know what someone's gonna do, even though they may be polite as can be. hell my grandfather was shot at years ago by some folks who had just commited armed robbery and he was just going to let them know to close thier gas cap(this was long before new technology) so he then chased them. they wound up being decapitated by a semi and he had to lay his bike down and go under aswell, spent some time in the hospital. the moral of the story is cooperate and be nice, but don't give up your rights either.

wow after watching the 2nd video with the shoe hitting the cop, technically that is assault on an officer. the force may have been more than needed, but im sure that girl called him more than a fat pig, which is verbal assault. i read the other night that a man was arrested and charged with assault for throwing a hot dog at his girfriend in the car, the woman behind them called the cops, what they didn't care abt was the fact the girl poured her drink in his lap right before that. she is not telling the truth. we were in my friends mom's car without her knowing and and was reported stolen, wtf ever you little liar.

I agree completely. My pistol is no more than 2ft away form me when I sleep and I am sure that it would take me at elast 30 seconds from the time I identify a noise to the time I can get it out and pointed in the right direction.
Another thing we agree with. Chicago used to be one of the most corrupt police forces in the country. They finally got wise and started requiring a bachelors degree to even apply for the force. At the same time they started the process to double annual salary for the cops on the street over a 5 year period. The final result was FAR less corruption. FAR less complaints of excessive force. FAR higher conviction stats because the cops could better write their reports. FAR higher citizen cooperation because the more educated cops could deal with upset or distraught people better.
The facts are right there for anyone to see. A better educated and paid police force doesnt have these problems to the degree other forces do. Until they take that nation to heart nationwide this will continue to happen.
Oh that will definately end up in court and she will definately win. The only question is how much will she get.
