Thats the whole reason behind giving people WHO DONT PAY TAXES, TAX BREAKS.
The Govt KNOWS that there is no way out of this, they got in the market in the 2000s and look where we are, what makes you think they are going to fix it?
WHy arent they backing off, if you put your hand on a hot stove and it burns you, are you going to do it again and think you will get some different outcome?
