You, and the author of that article, act like GM didnt start designing this thing until Nov.4, when Obama was elected. In reality, the design probably started 3 or 4 years ago and it has taken this long for the SS to certify it for presidential use. The other article I read about it said that Bush is riding in limos that are the same as the ones Clinton used, so its 20 year old technology. This one is simply an upgrade and would have gone to McCain if he won the election.
