mike i know what caused the recessions and clinton's tax policies were not one of them.

i, on the otherhand, read all types of articles mainly non-partisan.

the only people that blamed clinton/bush for the 2001 recession were the resepective parties. the reasons that the 2001 recession happened were because of the .com bubble (like you said), the accounting scandals, and 9/11 helped deepen the recession.

you can sit there and read one sided articles all you want and blame either president for the recession but infact this recession was not any presidents fault.

The main one was the dot com bubble bursting. I think that was more the over exploitation of an unproven media than any poitical policy.
