These are just some of the larger ones that I can think of off the top of my head. 3 of those centered on race. I know 3 of them were in the 60's where the counrty was under tremendous pressure, but arent we under considerable pressure now?
The LA riot of 1992 was sparked because a black man was a. alleged, but not proven to be on drugs b. running from the cops in residential areas, c. resisting arrest. Then he was beaten up by white cops who were said to have used excessive, but not criminally excessive force by a court based on 13 seconds of video that didnt seem to make the news.

Also there were riots in Chicago after the 90,91,and 92 basketball seasons when the Bulls won the Championship.

I can't predict the future the same way you can't. Like I said, maybe I'm wrong but I WOULD LIKE TO THINK that we (all Americans) are above destroying property and harming individuals. I know that I personally will not take part in anything IF it does happen and that's all I can worry about right now.

If next week comes and shit happens, then you can say I told you so and I will be the first one to say you were right. I hope it's the same vice versa, however.
